China Glaze - 'Tis the Season to be Naughty & Nice

Hey everyone! Once again apologies for not posting as regularly as I should be. I promise this week I will be back on track! :) My camera is only half working at the moment, so bear with me. I will have to buy a new one soon I think.

I was going to show you a stack of Models Own swatches today, however yesterday when I went to the post office, something was waiting there for me - the polishes I had ordered from China Glaze's Tis the Season collection! So of course I had to show you these first! I only got six of them because I felt that I had similar stuff to the other colours already, but I am so impressed with the ones I chose!

Check out all the holiday goodness after the jump!

Cheers to You - shimmery silver foil. This polish is gorgeous and applied like a dream. I only used two coats, but I realised after taking the photos that it probably could have done with a third.

Peace on Earth - olive green shimmer. This is along the lines of Nars' Mash. This applied really well also and only needed two coats. I'm not usually a fan of colours like this, but for some reason I'm really digging this!

Sugar Plums - deep burgandy with multi coloured microglitter. I was super excited about Sugar Plums, but the glitter gives the polish a bumpy/lumpy look, and the glitter isn't as obvious on the nail as it is in the bottle. I think a thick coat of Seche would bring out this polishes true potential.

Mistletoe Kisses - green and silver glitter in a green jelly base. I am not a fan at all. This colour did nothing for me and it needed three coats for opacity.

Mrs Claus - pink glitter in a pink/red jelly base. This is a really cute colour, but I think it needs a creme base under it because even with three coats I still had VNL. I couldn't get this one to photograph properly either, so I included a second photo that show the colours more accurately.

Party Hearty - green, silver and gold glitter with red hex glitter. Super cute! I will definitely be using this as a top coat over other polishes at Christmas time! The first photo is with flash and the second in nautral lighting.

That's all for today! :) Don't forget to get your name down for my 50 Follower Giveaway which ends tonight. There is still plenty of time to enter my RBL Catherine H Giveaway as well :) Hope you all had a lovely weekend! x
